Job Description:
Join the D-IRIS Operations team at Amazon’s Digital Acceleration (DA) unit. As an Associate, contribute to requirement collection, planning, feasibility analysis, testing, mapping, and reporting. Enhance services through manual processes until automation, providing efficient solutions to Digital Businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with precision.
- Perform root cause analysis on errors and suggest process improvements.
- Generate operational reports and communicate tactically with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets.
Key Performance Areas:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business and operational area.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve repetitive issues.
- Manage and update all process documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
- Creative and analytical problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence.
- English (verbal and written).
- Flexible work schedule (Weekend Shifts, Late Evening Shifts, etc.).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Working knowledge of computers (Basic MS Office skills).
- Basic Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Macros.
